30-Day Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit. Eligibility requirements:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received — with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., dust bags, boxes, manuals).
• Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox or packaging (do not use the product box as shipping carton).
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened underwear, swimwear (if hygienic liner is removed), face masks, or personal grooming devices.
• Final sale or clearance items are marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

If you attempt to return a non-returnable item, we may reject the package or charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund according to the following timeline and methods:

• Store Credit (Reliable Online Shops Credit) – Issued instantly upon inspection approval and never expires. Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
• Partial Refunds – May be granted for items that are returned with minor damage, missing packaging, or late returns beyond 30 days (subject to 15%–30% restocking fee).
• Original Shipping Costs – Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds for orders paid with a gift card will be returned as store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken, torn, stained) or you receive the wrong product, please follow these steps:

Return Assistance & Exchanges

• Prepaid Return Labels – Available for domestic returns (US only) for a flat fee of $5.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may use your own shipping method and cover the cost.
• International Returns – Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges. We recommend using a trackable service.
• Exchanges – For faster service, return the unwanted item for store credit and place a new order for the desired size/color. This ensures the new item ships immediately without waiting for warehouse processing.
